Nordita Work Environment Committee

In Sweden it is mandatory for each organization to systematically work to improve the work environment for the employees. The Nordita Work Environment Committee meets four times a year, and consists of

together with the work environment representatives. During the meetings they work with the Nordita Work Environment Action Plan where work environment related issues are constantly added and addressed as they arise and are brought to the attention of the group. If you have any issue you would like the work environment committee to address, the easiest way is to contact one of the work environment representatives.

Work Environment Representatives

Currently the work environment representatives at Nordita are:

They represent the employees in terms of work environment related issues. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the physical, social or psychological work environment you can turn to them. As mentioned above, the work environment representatives are part of the work environment committee and while they don´t have the responsibility to actually make the changes, they are the voice of the employees in those meetings and keep an eye on that the committee do their job.

Nordita EDI Committee

Besides the work environment committee, Nordita also has a separate committee for EDI matters (Equality, Diversity, Inclusion) which is chaired by Niccolò Zagli. The committee gathers several times a year and report directly to the board.
